Our application process

We aim to make our application process as easy as possible for you and we’re dedicated to ensuring your journey to motorhome ownership is a straightforward one. We will work closely with you along your journey to funding, offering a bespoke and friendly personal service. We strive to keep you updated at every turn and are available to answer any questions that you may have, however simple – or complicated – they may be.

We prepare a proposal advocating on your behalf and search through our panel of funders. This will leave a trace on your credit profile.

We match you with a funder we think is suited to your profile and try to secure you an offer for
finance.

Receive your funds

If you are happy to proceed, documents are issued to you. Once signed, funds are released typically within 24 hours.

When you make an enquiry we will respond with a view to sourcing information pertinent to your individual requirements based on the particular motorhome you are looking to purchase.

Following a brief fact find we can give you an indicative quote based on those circumstances and the age of the motorhome you are looking to purchase. If you would like to proceed, an application form is submitted to the finance company and we will then be able to give you a more accurate quote based on your individual credit profile, appetite, security and affordability.

We will discuss your options together and prepare a finance proposal for presentation to appropriate funders on our panel, according to your direction to try and secure you an offer of finance. We will inform you of their decision, who they are if they make you an offer, and any conditions that might need to be met i.e. proof of address, home ownership and proof of income.

We will also give you details of;

  • APR
  • Total amount payable
  • The monthly amount payable
  • The duration of the agreement
  • The total charge for credit
  • Details of any additional fees that may be payable
 

If you are happy to proceed, documents will be raised and issued to you. We will discuss details of the offer and your options including early settlement details, obligations and risks. You will then be asked to consider the offer carefully with no time constraints and if you are happy with the offer you can sign and return the documents to us.

At this stage we recheck the paperwork and ensure that all supporting information has been provided and then we present your agreement to the funder for final approval and the payout procedure is begun. If the funder remains happy with the paperwork*, payment of the funds will be made to the supplier and we advise both the customer and supplier of this immediately.

We would always advise that you inspect the goods prior to payout, or preferably prior to handing over a cash deposit, to avoid incurring any liability on the part of any party in the case of obvious defects, fraudulent title or misrepresentation.

*Please note: the funder reserves the right to withdraw an agreement at any stage before payout.
