How we are paid
We are a credit broker, not a lender, and the lender pays us commission. For regulated consumer finance, the rates available to you are agreed with the lender, or with the dealer that introduced you, before you apply, and a higher agreed rate means we receive more commission. Once you have applied, we cannot change the rate offered to you. For business finance that is not regulated by the FCA, we may set the rate within limits agreed with the lender, and a higher rate also means we receive more commission. We will tell you the amount of our commission before you sign.

We are not a faceless organization and we pride ourselves on providing you with the customer service you expect. Our Head Office is based near Gatwick airport, but our team covers the length and breadth of the UK.
